We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, bank transfers, as well as GrabPay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Delivery Details
Your Ling Flowery creation will be delivered within the time range you select (e.g., 1–2 PM). Deliveries may arrive earlier, but never later than the chosen window.
For guests who prefer fixed-time delivery or delivery outside standard hours, our Premium Delivery Service is available upon request through our Concierge.
Once your order is confirmed, a secure order link will be sent via WhatsApp, containing your order details. A proof of delivery will also be provided through this link once your flowers have arrived.
For your security, only links beginning with app.lingflowery.com are official. Please be cautious of fraudulent links.
Cancellation
At Ling Flowery, each creation is prepared with the utmost care and artistry. To ensure quality and freshness, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. Once payment is received and your order has entered processing (within 2 days before the delivery date), cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. If your order has not yet entered processing (more than 2 days before delivery), payments are non-refundable but may be converted into store credit for your future purchase.
3. Once an order has been delivered, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
We appreciate your kind understanding, as each Ling Flowery arrangement is handcrafted exclusively for you.
Gifting
Every Ling Flowery order includes a complimentary message card to complete your gifting experience.
1. You may include your message during checkout, or contact our Concierge for a fully customized card.
2. Logos, emojis, and media elements will be accommodated where possible, though availability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Color customization may vary; for precise color matching, please place your order at least 14 working days in advance.
Because every gesture is unique, we strive to ensure your message is presented with the same care as our flowers.
